The scope of research includes the social psychology of religion, religious development, conversion, religious experience, and other theoretical interpretations of religion. Heinz Streib from the Universität Bielefeld is its current editor-in-chief. According to 2020, Katarzyna Skrzypińska (University of Gdańsk) and W. Paul Williamson (Henderson State University) are the book editors.

This means we can actively engage in sustained discussions to empirically examine relevant psychological issues with a general concern.
